      johnwilander humanpropensity ibaklanov If I was an ethically iffy marketer & had my hands on stimulus check data, I wouldn't be targeting people who got the check, I would be negatively targeting them on behalf of clients with expensive products, as they make a useful negative data set to hone in on wealthy consumers.

        johnwilander humanpropensity ibaklanov I always wonder about the subway use case. What data do they have on devices, what data does the MTA either purposefully or accidentally expose via things like card scans, etc... How much do the assumptions build on existing data or biases and what impact that has.
