publictorsten I mean... it is just Facebook for Audio. They're not building a new thing so much as building the old thing with audio as the core post-type instead of text/links. I'm not sure it will be as successful though because I'm not sure how people act on their system's recommendations.On twitter.com

publictorsten On Facebook, you don't have a choice but to engage in the recommendation system. On Spotify there's a capacity to escape algo recommendations or deform them in a way there isn't on FB/Insta. Perhaps that won't always be the case.
