It's def the most effective seal on my face so far. I originally tried it b/c the behind the ear masks always hurt my ears and it def helps with that too.

    losowsky TravelingAnna And it is low enough profile that I don't foresee a problem putting a nylon layer over it either, which seems like a good idea from what I've been reading.
