  1. On the Privacy CG, Apple has indicated this section of the Privacy Click Measurement announcement means if you use PCM in conjunction with a de-anonymizing system (perhaps like Project Rearc/UUID2.0?) you will be blocked from using PCM in the future.

      The implication here is that if you are blocked from using PCM, you may be blocked from using any effective measurement in Safari in its more private future which is going to be an *interesting* discussion! webkit.org/blog/11529/introducing-private-click-measurement-pcm/

        Basically, if you try to do cross-site micro-to-the-individual-user tracking in Safari maybe you don't get to do any tracking at all in the future which is going to be interesting to see in action
