Countries going to war to give angry unemployed young men something to do is a previously discussed historical analysis. That's at least in line w/previous scholarship. I just can't get over the proposition from Respected NYU Professor that getting married/sex stops men from gambling or being violent. It's *such* a bad analysis. Also... some baseline sexist shit that is assuming ladies don't YOLO on stocks.On twitter.com
