    I absolutely would bet that vague proposals leading to increasing complexity counter proposals, leading to proposal refinement, leading to vague metrics of success for prototype testing, feeding back into proposals is how a lot happens at Google.

      This isn't really a criticism of anything except that the entire ad tech industry is too dependent on Google and that's bad.
