      I am troubled by the reporting on this that's like 'haha look at these morons and their dumb fake states'. This whole claim and these "new" states all come from a very disturbing ideological place.

    I know a lot of people are like 'oh they are just grandstanding for votes' but then the disturbing ideology is with the people they are grandstanding for... which is... worse, no?
