      pwthornton But generally the idea always was to cover: - audio podcasts - video on the web - reporting - interactive / data reporting - web design - project mgmt - web development - social media and just generally pulling an entire newsroom into being properly online.

        pwthornton The irony being that most publications that needed that type of help collapsed b/c they couldn't get mgmt to move the right direction, and new pubs grew up looking only for specialists with specialist training for each of those things, leaving unspecialized "unicorns" to struggle
