pwthornton To be blunt I think many of them were covering up their lack of understanding by telling students to do all the things at once, get on every platform & understand everything from servers to social; hoping it would hide fact they could not anticipate specialties that would arise.Permalink On twitter.com

pwthornton I think generally they were anticipating some formal version of "newsroom unicorn" as the end title, a thing that I don't think ever really happened, except for mby 3-5 people, some of whom are not in the industry any more.On twitter.com
