    swodinsky TimHerrera bendreyfuss The most fascinating thing is how there is now an entire employment segment, people whose entire jobs are just sitting down with companies that use Salesforce and building dashboards to parse the immense amount of data that they funnel into there and turn it into something usable

      swodinsky TimHerrera bendreyfuss Salesforce basically has its own programming language used entirely by people who get certified to do Salesforce stuff, just to sort through companies enormous database, its an entire profession now. Salesforce sorta created an entirely new set of jobs just for interacting w/it

        swodinsky TimHerrera bendreyfuss I always find Salesforce super fascinating because basically it started off as a digital roledex and they've turned it into this enormous ecosystem that powers so many different things in so many weird ways.
