      DavidKlion petersterne ForeignPolicy There are a bunch of really fun games that use Diplomacy style rules in different ways! My fav is the latest version of en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twilight_Imperium which has rounds of diplomacy that decide the rules in the next round of other gameplay.

    DavidKlion petersterne ForeignPolicy It's got very different rules, but I also always enjoyed the other major diplomacy-focused board game, which uses randomization to speed things up, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twilight_Struggle
