        pbannist I agree that reducing partnerships massively is a big important step. But enforced contracts seems a hopeless cause, they haven't worked up to this point and the lack of visibility into ad tech systems means there is rarely any way to catch uncontrolled data consumption.

      pbannist Also... I think email attached IDs are unwise in general. It seems that this is an inevitable place a lot of ad tech is going until either tech or regulation shuts it down.

    pbannist While I understand your concerns about the Privacy Sandbox proposals, I think we're going to need cadres of users over individually IDed ones to really move forward. I think that's far better than trying to individually ID people and a lot more respectful. But beyond that...

      pbannist I think if we're trying to compete on IDing people and their indiv. interests across a large number of sites we are inevitably competing with Facebook and other social media sites. I think it is better to go an entirely divergent route, b/c that's a competition we can't win.
