aripap I agree! I think these are all straightforward ways that a consumer could use a platform to express a preference, but I do think browsers can make privacy part of their differentiation in a way apps mostly choose not to. AMP is in theory a good example, but in practice 🤷On twitter.com

aripap I would love a world where either AMP no longer exists or a lot more people use it than just Google. But with prob 99% of AMP traffic going through Google it is the same issues people are bringing up with Chrome. A great argument for wider use of AMP to do creative stuff tho!Permalink On twitter.com

aripap (Interesting side note, talked with a big aggregator app a few months ago, and they were having endless ad problems that looked like they would have been solved by just doing AMP. It really is a solution in search of a problem for pretty much everyone but Google :/)Permalink On twitter.com
