At some point we have to look at these people who are sitting at the top of the industry, not letting anyone else in, or writing columns about how students shouldn't try to be journalists anymore, & celebrate their departure to personal newsletters b/c they got *all* the chancesPermalink On twitter.com

Also I think a lot about how Boomers and Gen Xers both benefited from cultures of mentorship in almost every field and then went on to create corporate cultures that explicitly don't have time to pass on that benefit.On twitter.com
