    Judithdemel I used a Korean recipe for the cucumbers, which has it sit in salt for 20 min and then I had to squeeze it to significantly decrease the water content. For the lettuce I used a recipe that combined it with soy sauce and sweet wine, came out consistency-wise like sautéed spinach.
