    1. Sautéed cucumbers and lettuce (separately) as part of dinner today. Never done either before, but they came out great. Will likely try out both again. Also can report from last night's dinner that Nattō pairs great with Blue Cheese!

      Anyway I'm basically working my way up to figuring out fake-beef bibimbap. The cucumbers were, I think, the last piece.

        Also, roasted Okra for the first time over the weekend, did it with olive oil in the oven and it was fast and delicious.
