I will never understand why the choice was made to not make a whole film out of the first 15 minutes of Resident Evil: Afterlife.
-
All I want is 500 Milla Jovovichs simultaneously doing heist planning, cracking wise with each other, killing zombies and using ridiculous bullet time superpowers against massive underground bases.
-
Also give me whatever crazy Umbrella Corp battery that lasts for 180 days worth of daily captain logs on a camcorder.
-
I like this movie more the more times I watch it, but still could have done with a whole lot more of the clones.
-
Now we begin...

*sigh* I forgot how visually uninteresting the 2nd film is. Paul W. S. Anderson has his flaws as a director, but he is never boring. There are good things in this one, especially a nice attention to detail, but the director just isn't making interesting visual choices.

Excited to get to the one where: Milla has superpowers, is rocking a desert look created by her own fashion line, and the director's last horror film seems to have been the glorious Australian flick 'Razorback'.
