        TravelingAnna ShortFormErnie Oh god yeah, dining table and couch is the worst. I did extensive research on this a while back, so it might not be up to date, but I found that the best bang for your buck is the Steelcase Leap, which you can usually find refurbished for <$500.

      TravelingAnna ShortFormErnie I bought mine in 2010ish I think and it is still with me, even through a move. Solid chair, lots of adjustments, works great. I found it was back correcting, like starting to use it ended up pushing my spine back into the right position.

    TravelingAnna ShortFormErnie Best investment I ever made. I have a plastic mat underneath to keep it from tearing up the floor, but you can also get wood-friendly wheels.
