I don't understand how Twitter's video inventory works tbh. Like you pay to promote videos on Twitter but also... their tweets? And I guess targeting is specific tweets? But like... does IGN get a cut of this? Does IBM choose specific tweets or just hope they promote good tweets?

Does one call that organic? Surely not, right? I don't even know what you call a system where you can create infinite inventory at basically a whim to fill whatever the advertiser need is?
