    pilhofer rsm matt_kiefer To be clear, I think Facebook currently makes a lot of editorial decisions via the algorithm and should be making more. So I think that's the disagreement? The problem of trusting them or not is irrelevant to the actions they're responsible for taking.

      pilhofer rsm matt_kiefer The trust question is a problem of their size. And their lack of accountability and transparency via regulation. But should Facebook be responsible for moderating its platform? Absolutely.
