      averyj Yeah, I think the answer for many is likely: no. Especially if they can reuse that space to increase in-domain conversions for their own content. There's also the question of blacklists, which I think is theoretically interesting, but impossible to manage in reality.

    averyj In my experience these sites will drop their domain and switch to a new one without blinking an eye. There are the *big* arbitrage sites like Topix, but even there they are capable of spinning out sites justified as additional focused content.
