        petersterne noahchestnut dansinker jbenton pilhofer Civil vivian BlockClubCHI Nope, there is not a full Civil platform as far as I can tell, just a variaty of tools, some WordPress dependent, others not. It doesn't even mean a requirement to follow the Civil constitution, in theory. I seem to recall pre approval publications using the badge with the plugin

Functionally, the Civil site seems to be an elaborate RSS reader w/ a lot of dev work going on, and has been for at least a few months. The plugin has more functionality, not sure who's using those features tho.
