ylitvinenko I suspect it is one of two things: a Flying Carpet unit, which is intended to jack scroll, but not intended to look or act like that does; or a parallax scroll unit (these have become significantly more popular as of late for some reason) that is very broken.On twitter.com

ylitvinenko In either case, I think the ad or the site presenting it is broken in some unexpected way. That doesn't look like intentional behavior and it def doesn't benefit the ad in the layout it is being presented to you. Scrolljacking definitely happens, but it is less common these days.Permalink On twitter.com
