          @veronicaripson thezedwards It seemed like they were doing the standard data synchronization with Facebook for re-targeting which, strictly speaking under CCPA is considered a data sale and perhaps a COPPA issue.

    @veronicaripson thezedwards Like... are they doing creepy data synchronization that most lay-people would consider selling data for the purpose of re-marketing and I wish they weren't? Probably (though decreasingly so, as people notice).

      @veronicaripson thezedwards But are they different from most other sites/companies in doing so? It looks like no; but they seem to collect more data than normal for that purpose and because they only have one surface they interact with users on they are easier to catch doing it all in one place.
