      Even if the proposal was feasible (it is not) it would not benefit publishers, and also it's just gross. Like dirty, bad intent, down in the mud desperate gross.

            The browsers won't stand for it, the regulators won't stand for it, and it is clearly a legal disaster in CA and the EU. Hard to see what they think is going to happen here.
