        I went on to try more bugs, go to restaurants that served bugs &, once thus far, bake w/cricket powder. As far as I know, The Economist is the only place in America that has, for years now, been so consistent in pushing sustainability solutions reporting, of which this is part

      I find that work admirable and it's alignment of its marketing with its coverage admirable and I hope it succeeds in making us all eat more bugs, because it is better for the world.

    and b/c we'll prob eventually have no choice anyway because we refuse to take any steps as a culture to stop destroying the planet. So eat bugs now and get ahead of the crowd. (Also, bug-eating-phobia is so euro-centric. Let's join the rest of the world on this one. )
