swodinsky joshsternberg jason_kint @ScottLucas86 Like no one really cares about growing corn except for a very few people, but we have laws for that. Government regulation, in part, exists to protect people from complex dangers that they don't understand well enough to care about.

'Consumers don't care about thing we're doing so why should we' is a baseline ethical proposal so fundamentally flawed I'm glad they're out there saying it. It makes it really clear that they don't actually care about consumers.
