kevinriggle But you're right it isn't abstract, my real solution, if there was any chance of it being realized, is for the gov't to hire inspectors to examine housing for vacancies and if they remain unfilled for >6 months, seize them and immediately redistribute them to the homeless.Permalink On twitter.com
