swodinsky robinberjon IoT probably going to claim it frequently, though some have far less legitimate stands than others. It's hard to see how Bluetooth Beacons for example could possibly be non identifying, except with impossible to check back end operations striping the data to make users anonymous.

swodinsky robinberjon The core issue is that the laws mostly have failed to really define on a technical level at what point a line of data is anonymous and at what point combining it with other lines removes that anonymity and that's a huge issue.
