Digidave Not just yours, but yours did sorta retell this story. Generally, why hold Fox to a different standards? And what does it matter if individuals hold a political view in personal disdain if the organization and its coverage takes specific steps to not replicate that attitude?

Digidave Also, why isn't that disdain, surely held by some percent of the population deserve some chunk of the media space? I know people who work for Fox and hold liberal, or at least opposed politics and don't have their views represented there, but still can write to opposing views.

Digidave I don't hold work the 'view from nowhere' approach, but surely part of a journalists job is to amplify and examine viewpoints they don't personally hold?

Digidave I dunno, there's just so many 'hillbilly elegy' style pieces, continually, at presumptive liberal publications that seem to show personal disdain doesn't set organizational output. Not even getting into op eds.
