    petersterne ClaraJeffery IMO: the verdict is still out on Vox's CMS (as a successful product from a ROI perspective, not technical), but from what I've seen of it, I think Kinja would have been out first and captured everyone Vox captured ahead of Vox and be further along then Vox has gone.

      petersterne ClaraJeffery And if it had been further innovated on it is easy to see how it could have leveraged their position for new features. With their specific audience it might have developed monitization features that captured the publications departing Medium.
