    Log3overLog2 Hmm, I guess the question is more about to what degree can data about the user allow what the user might consider tracking? I think the FLoC example looks interesting as a good way to avoid this, but outside of that...

      Log3overLog2 Individually mapped user data from a first party could be emitted to a third party for targeting under this proposal (a targeted user's individual preference, say for 'Buying A Car') right?
