When someone is like "oh wow this thing is bad" about your product the response shouldn't be "well everyone does it, why me why not", but "oh hey, we're sorry" and then some consideration of how this is an opportunity to differentiate.Permalink On twitter.com

Also, making things "democratized" is not product innovation so much as an invitation for greater abuse and people to use those tools in all new bad ways, if you don't actually think out the ethics or consequences of use.On twitter.com
