        Not only would this allow publications and readers to better understand the value positions like copy editors contribute to the bottom line, but it might help reconsider who gets to work where. In a more highly remote world, remote employment or work with freelancers, is valuable

          Almost all of the blockers traditional organizations of any type have had against remote employment have faded. They can build different structures. Embracing the opportunities to widen their employee base & bring in a wider range of life experiences & outlooks is valuable stuff.
