pwthornton I mean... what *is* the point of being new media? I think most cos don't have a great answer anymore. It used to be 'get news on the internet' but now that's mostly a solved problem. Now the q is how to do so sustainably and most of these companies aren't fans of the money part.

pwthornton The irony is high in most of New Media Orgs offloading the 'make money part' to third parties in the same way Old Media Orgs did back in early aughts. But in this particular example they do have an ad network so I guess they're trying!
