margarita Yeah, I keep thinking about that Harper's article from a few years back where SV's compsci community decided rogue AI was the biggest threat to humanity & built a bunch of models to justify their assumptions all of which fell apart under basic challenge to underlying assumptions.Permalink On twitter.com

margarita I'm sure they have data saying it is so, but what were the methodologies, the assumptions, how were they tested, we don't know and without that I sort of have a hard time trusting a bunch of engineers deciding the best thing is more engineering.On twitter.com
