          1. The 2nd biggest problem Big Tech companies face in next decade is they recruited mission oriented people who are increasingly upset when the mission is thrown in the trash. Then they posed the administration of their platforms as pseudo democratic only it hasn't worked that way.

          Now they are the size of small countries, have pretended they are run like democracies when they are actually monarchies, and have a bunch of passionate highly paid people who have just figured out that they have a lot more power than they thought, and who strongly disagree.

        These employees are realizing they were lied to about their capacity to have a hand in decision making and lied to about what they were leaving as their legacy, lied to even about the nature of Big Tech...

      We're going to see dealing w/employee concerns become a priority in how Big Tech frames everything. It's going to be really weird because Google and Facebook in particular are going to spin up whole chunks of PR that appear to be talking to us, but are really directed internally.

    I really hope the 1st biggest problem is going to turn out to be antitrust. Notably, the two are related. As far as Big Tech is concerned, every happy employee is one less person testifying that they should be broken up
