    aexm I'm really interested in restructuring the back channel in part by removing it from the internet for the duration and then giving people the tools to export and push public after the event has concluded. Maybe connecting to the web in a limited way would be the next step.

      aexm Like SRCCON does a really cool thing where people's lanyards specify if they are ok being in public photos and I'm wondering what would a back channel be like that allowed people to communicate on similar principles.
