      Economists from the exact same class of thought have advised presidents of both parties & led the economy thru multiple administrations. It's been made very clear by current crop of candidates that if anyone but ewarren wins, there is a 100% chance they will continue to do so.

    When I covered economics in 2008, the biggest surprise to me personally was how the same circle of people with the same exact ideas continually drifted up into economic policy leadership, no matter what party was in charge.

      Greenspan, Geithner, Summers, they are all terrible at being economists for the average American yet somehow never have any consequences for screwing things up incredibly badly on a regular basis.
