terabithia4 Not at all! It can be difficult to find. I usually have to roam a bit to find it. The closest health food store to me carries it. My local grocery will occasionally have some, and recently a local producer started up (blackbird-foods.com) and their's shows up in some bodegas.Permalink On twitter.com

terabithia4 It looks like you can order from their site directly, but only in 10 packs which isn't great. Other than that, I find seitan most consistently in health food or natural food stores.On twitter.com
