      michellemanafy Same, I'm also the meat eater, while my s.o. is the vegetarian! I like it both distinctly seitan-like & meat-style, but one of the most fun parts of working w/well-made seitan, for me, is to cook it similar to beef, chicken, or duck and have it come out great, w/25% the prep time

    michellemanafy It's sort of crazy to me that depending on what type I get and I can have it come out like beef tips or duck, or its own thing by just switching up the cooking process a little, I really enjoy cooking with it for that reason.
