emilybell I definitely have experienced that before! I wonder if it is, in part, b/c editorial orgs tend to promote writers to editors but not give them any real management training? Also I laughed out loud when I realized I learned SWOTs and took a Myers Briggs in the same undergrad class

emilybell That was my most useful college class. I learned: SWOT, how to pitch, the art of making a tight slide deck, Gantt Charts, and how to speak to an audience, engage, and hold and place myself when presenting.
