A free speech line? Mobile-sourced live streaming video is a technical marvel. Unlike basic web hosting, it requires constant significant technical infrastructure to broadcast, host and view. T/f we should structure systems to consider live video as a privilege, not a right.

It's easy to yell "down with gate keepers", but live video is the most difficult to monitor, automate responses for or process defensively, while modern phones mean it is faster and simpler to produce than almost any other medium. This is a problem.
