          1. I don't understand the Chrome security measure that blocks cross domain POST requests with JSON but not URL-encoded form data. What's even the point of one without the other... And what does either do anyway?

          At some point one must measure legit user intent vs security and it is just as achievable to register user intent on POST on either as a security measure.

        This is all just a load of bullshit to push people into making extensions instead of bookmarklets, locking people into browser ecosystems, as far as I can tell.

      Like AMP, this seems to be a case of a team not realizing the problem they're trying to solve is better addressed inside the Google house.
