Like we need to recalculate our coverage which is mostly aimed at shaming Twitter to behave. Forcing platforms to behave only has worked when the platforms are threatened profit-wise or ashamed and it is clear that Twitter has neither levers available.Permalink On twitter.com

I know I am literally typing this on Twitter and t/f supporting the platform with my use and eyeballs-on-ads. But this is my space and it needs cleaning up. We're neither giving up Twitter nor shamming it. So now what? What levers can we pull?On twitter.com

I don't have a sure answer, but frankly I think it's going to take users being radical and deconstructive in how they use it. I think we're going to have to spam bad actors. I think we can't have a better Twitter without using the same tools bad actors do.Permalink On twitter.com
