    pilhofer dansinker I feel like this was an EU/exit-style situation. They didn't plan what will happen if the token sale fails because to do so would make the failure much more likely? It was a dumb move if so.

      pilhofer dansinker The irony is that if they had... say... used SeedInvest, Kickstarter, or some other method of making the bank they would have had to outline the risk of failure and what would happen if they didn't raise the target funds.
