        I can't wait for apps to get so infested with ads that everyone just returns to the internet and uses websites where they can turn on ad blocker. Really the only reason it hasn't happened yet is consumers have no idea how much the average app abuses their trust and tech.

      Imagine pitch was: 'here's a tool that gives you a little window on to a website and in return collects your surfing habits, records all your text conversations, operates in the background to serve you ads, and sends your address book to a bunch of ad vendors you never heard of'

      ehhh... people would prob still go along with it. Hell I agreed to let my freaking keyboard application read my emails.
