    baekdal michellemanafy Digiday I agree. It's bad and it sucks. GDPR is definitely needed. But publishers don't have the power here. Regulators need to step in and step on the IAB and it's ad tech members. I hope that's the way it goes...

      baekdal michellemanafy Digiday I fear that because the window into this is pubs, and pubs always get blamed for bad ad tech, the public and regulator attention is going to be on them, and not on the shitty operators who are handling this out of sight and out of mind for most consumers.
