    baekdal michellemanafy Digiday Nature of the ecosystem is publishers don't actually have control over the use of these trackers. Ad tech places them in a manor over which no publisher can stop. If you want to run programmatic it's hard to even get a reliable list of what is going to crawl through an ad unit.
